Roofing Checkup:
Your roof is potentially the second most expensive repair/replacement you might face (the foundation being first). As with most things in life, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Perform a roof checkup in the spring and fall to help diagnose potential problems early. The National Roofing Contractors Association has a good roof checkup guide for homeowners and can help point you to a reliable roofer if needed.

I am a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI, a Certified Building Inspector through ICC, and a Certified Mold Assessor through IAC2.

My experience includes working in Buffalo, NY (yes, that place with all the snow) as a handyman and remodeling expert before moving to Florida in 1999. I then became the Director of Field Operations for a major Restoration company where I worked in Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Hillsborough, Citrus, Lee, and Collier counties where I dealt with sink hole repair, water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation.

I started All Corners Home Inspections in 2004 and since then I have become one of the most trusted and premier home inspectors in the Tampa Bay area

I belong to several organizations which require me to continue my education as a home inspector to bring you the quality service you deserve.
